GSAXcess Browser Troubleshooting Guide

Browsers that are supported by GSAXcess

GSAXcess is designed to support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11. If you encounter an issue with any of these browsers please contact the GSAXcess® Help Desk. Let us know what the issue is and what browser version you were using when you encountered the issue.

Note: Any browser you use needs to have cookies and JavaScript turned on for GSAXcess to work properly. In the event that web site functionality is not working properly please clear your browser's cache to ensure that you have the latest files. If this does not resolve your problem please contact the GSAXcess® Help Desk. To clear the browser's cache, follow the instructions below for the browser type:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dotted icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select History.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
  5. Click Clear Data.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Settings menu.
  2. Click Internet options.
  3. Under the General tab, scroll to Browsing history and click the Delete button.
  4. Check "Temporary Internet files and website files", "Cookies and website data", "History" and "Download History".
  5. Click Delete.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dotted icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Scroll down until you see Clear browsing data.
  4. Click Choose what to clear.
  5. Check "Browsing history", "Cookies and saved website data", "Cached data and files" and "Download history".
  6. Click Clear.
