 To Clear Cache Memory or Temp Files:
  1. How do I clear cache memory or temp files for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or higher?

    Step 1. On the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.

    Step 2. On the General tab, click on the Delete Files button.

    Step 3. A small dialogue box will open to confirm deletion. Click on the OK button.

    TIP: You may also increase the temporary Internet folder size to allow more space for temp files by going into the General tab, and clicking on the Settings button found within the Temporary Internet Files group.

 To Delete Previously Visited History Records:
  1. How do I delete previously visited history records for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or higher?
  2. Step 1. On the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.

    Step 2. On the General tab, click on the Clear History button under History.

    Step 3. A small dialogue box will open to confirm deletion of files. Click on the Yes button to confirm deletion.

    Step 4. Click on the OK button to exit out of Internet Options.

 To Enable JavaScript:
  1. How do I enable Java Script for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or higher?
  2. Step 1. On the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.

    Step 2. On the Security tab, click on the Custom Level button. The Security Settings Dialogue Box should open.

    Step 3. At the Security Setting Dialogue Box, go to the Scripting section, followed by the Active Scripting subcategory.

    Step 4. Select the Enable radio button.

    Step 5. Click on the OK button to close the Security Setting Dialogue Box.

    Step 6. Click on the OK button to close Internet Options window.
